What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

The setting is: Girl A likes Boy A and vice versa, but they dont know about each others feelings yet. And here comes Girl B who likes Boy A, and Boy B who likes Girl A, somehow they agree to help each other and try to interrupt Girl/Boy A becoming a couple or getting to know each other better, you get the point.

In the end they still become a couple, but in the meantime Boy B falls for Girl B and asks her out in the end


Sorry for the vagueness and thank you for reading and hopefully finding the name.
Also manga suggestions if you know of something similar are welcome.

Chouchou Kumo is somehow similar.
Some titles along those lines are Kimi ga Suki, Dear! and Kiyoku Yawaku #2 , excepting the part where the Bs get paired up.
