I read the first few chapters, but it's definitely not the same. The art style is different. I remember that it was a shoujo/slice of life manga with a slightly cynical main character.

I remember that it was relatively short and that the genres were shoujo and slice of life. It had a sad tone to it. I think the main character was a male.

I googled it and saved the mangafox version of the image that came up–the file name claims it's from Nagatachou Strawberry v5 extra p108.
