What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

this manga name where this guy whos dad married his mom both die on a trip so the guys family wants him to accept a fortune and his brother is also a yakuza and the guy works as a host
i forgot the name
the yakuza brother kidnaps him and make him live at their house and the guy tried to escape all the time
oh and its yaoi confused confused
