Hey!

I'm looking for some manga that have something like a doll becoming alive, or a game character becoming a real person, a robot turning human, along those lines.
The only examples I can think of right now are Rozen Maiden and Pinocchio.
Any suggestions?

Not sure if this suits your taste, but Winter Woods is the first thing that comes to mind for me. It's mostly a romance with bits of horror elements.
