I'm on a specific hunt, yes i did like dig all the forums here about hot bishies, i'm yet satisfied.

I know there are lots of bishies in lots of shoujo mangas, but almost like a handful of them manage to make me squeal. Good art is one thing, EXCELLENT character development is other worldly, add them together and you'll be in heaven.

Speaking of art ONLY, I'm more on those like sharp eyes, kind of like;

Demon sacred (haven't read it yet, there hasn't been any updates so i'm kinda scared to read it)
Kainushi wa akuma
Skip beat

I won't mention vampire knight no matter how hot they are since i'm on hunt of specific things.

so yeah. I won't list the mangas i've read, I'll edit the post if i see a manga i've read from the suggestions.

my favourites are always Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji
and the mc from akusaga
rai from Noblesse, definitely (as well as M-21, Takeo, Tao and Frankenstein)
one of the guys from [m] Kaitou le Vin[/m]
Sekine-kun no koi's mc has both the looks and the character development EDIT: hatsumimi99 is right, this is NOT shoujo. Still excellent, though

Andrez...Sekine no Koi is not shoujo. I translate it. It has graphic scenes. I would hesitate to suggest that to the reader without mentioning that specific point.

Most of the hottest bishie that I know is from BL manga.
But for non-BL: Ashina Sun from Chang Ge Xing

The following manga have lots of bishies, I daresay you'll be able to find at least one that fits your type. I've picked out a few characters that may catch your eye too.
Donten ni Warau - Tenka, Shirasu, Hirari, Sousei (lots of bishies. It's awesome)
Youko x Boku SS - Miketsukami, Zange
Saiunkoku Monogatari - Seiran or Ran Shuuei (both manga and anime are adaptations from the original novel series, I like how the manga handled certain scenes but the anime has overall progressed further in the story, so I recommend watching it too)
