What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

It's already getting high reviews, nice, i never guessed it would be animated, i thought the anime industry would avoid something about child-abuse.
