What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I am looking for a harlequin manga

Its begins like this

A woman stands for the altar waiting for the groom but she knows
He wil not come because she just made HIM up
(I think she did this because of her sister or so)
But then he shows up and it is her boss because she told is name
But then after they are Married she finds out he is a sheikh or prince

How is this manga called
