What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

please help find this manga that uke is in love with the seme but the the uke is look alike for the seme first love or unrequited love and the uke knows it and in the end they go to eachother please and thank u
