I reversed image search for the first one and found that it's an anime named "Tsuritama."
I'm not sure about the second one.

If you read the comments on the link, you would have seen some people said the anime is Musaigen No Phantom World.

According to the comments in the second link, the anime's name is indeed Musaigen No Phantom World *Roll Away*—(is that bit just an expression?).
Anyway as for the manga, I don't know...maybe you'll find it if you go to the scanlator group's website? I'd like to know its name myself. It looks like an interesting and peaceful-type manga, which is what I've been seeking lately.

I find these replies very confusing. To clarify:
The picture at this link (http://www.mangahere.co/manga/kakemakumo_kashikoki/c001 /41.html) does not feature a manga. It features the four main characters of the anime, Tsuritama.
I have no idea what the other one is, though.
