Should the positions available only in japanise at "Mangga Reborn" be marked as licensed?
As I understand they are due to be translated when someone gets interested in doing it but I had seen some beeing there for some long time without translation. Formally they have rights for doing it but it does not happens. Its a lot of older manga titles..and they are not marked as licensed and not under the publisher yet, so should we report them?

Can you give me the example mmm...~?
And to my understanding, licensed manga in MU page means that the specific manga is already licensed and translated by an English publisher, so if the manga only available in Japanese, it is not yet grouped as licensed mmm...
