It features quite graphic scenes of such, as well as brutality of other flavors as well. Should you be warned about that? Only you could possibly know how sensitive you are.

High or universally up-voted categories and review section which end up being dedicated to that specific topic are always an indicator that Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

"rape" can be just world description word, or directly act with some around MC(excluding past).
And when i see such tags never knows what exactly it applies on. That's why id prefer to ask, before start reading and get bad mood. I don't think that it's bad, and for someone this may be helpful to start or not reading.
