The manga is relatively recent. I don't remember where I read it but basically the protagonist is a high school girl with an irresponsible father. She manages the apartment complex (it's called Maple? something similar with a nut or fruit name) for him and one of the tenants she meets is a lackadaisal 20-something-year-old songwriter/lead singer of an indie band. They eventually start going out before his band is signed to a big label. Can anyone give me the title? Would really appreciate it.
