I'm currently translating Komori chan ha yaruki wo dase. I need help and I'm looking for everything.

The project needs cleaners and typesetters. I have also formed a group, but there's no requirement to join. Freelancing is fine.

No experience is required, if it's your first time that's fine. I really need help!

The translations for the first chapter have been reworked, the second chapter is done, and the third is 30% done.

If you want to help, there's work to be done immediately!

All three chapters have been scanned (properly). The first chapter is available on my site (in my sig) if you want to test read it.

Please email me at emailnamesarehardtocomeupwith@gmail.com if you are interested!

While I appreciate the thought, I'm not looking to join a group.

Hello,
I've been doing translation for some Manga as fun last year. However, It had not been so motivating for me since there is no reward. So I'm just wondering
What is the reward for this?

We're in the same boat. I get a sense of accomplishment from finishing chapters. I also read a lot of scanned manga while I was learning Japanese, so I feel like I'm giving back to the community in some way. If you're not having fun scanlating, then I'd find another hobby.

There is none. If you don't enjoy the process itself, this isn't for you.

An update!

We're especially looking for proofreaders (aka anyone fluent in English) who either speak it as their mother tongue, or are very fluent in it. Also must want to spend the time to proofread and come up with better sentences (when needed).

We also need someone who will be dedicated to quality checking and is able to fix typesetting, cleaning, and typos.

We could also use some Japanese translators, but if not I'll be fine. Somehow.

The most important thing is we've got enough cleaners and typesetters (for now).

Thank you for reading this and I hope you enjoy the series.
