What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Looking for a specific manga I read years ago

Hello, I've been searching like crazy and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I read this manga a few years ago; it was a psychological, dark, romance josei(?) manga. It was a one shot manga where the art was gorgeous and stylish. One of the stories I vaguely remember was about a girl that looked like a doll and her art teacher would paint her, she was obsessed with her art teacher and that's pretty much all I remember sadly.

If anyone could help me that would be amazing eek
