What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Hi! I'm ryuzaki from the Nekohamujoy scanlation group. We do mostly cutesy manga.

This time, we need an editor (cleaner and typesetter) to help us out with the manga Inu Five (https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=40988). It is only ONE volume long and it has been completely translated and QCed.
