Im looking for a manga similar to Rokudenashi Blues? I just came across this manga a few days ago and i really liked it! Unfortunately, its not fully translated yet. Loved the art, the character designs, the comedy and the romance between the MC and his love interest was slow, yet realistic and sweet, which i really liked and every supporting character was given some development. This manga kinda got me interested in the whole 90's style delinquents and Banchou characters and stories. Are there any similar to this?
Some manga i've read which i consider slightly similar to this;
GTO (not really a delinquent manga, but the comedy in this is unmatched, no manga has made me laugh so hard )
Rookie (Same mangaka, so its the closest, but it lacks romance and the gang fights Rokudenashi Blues had. Still like it though)
I prefer a shounen or a seinen. No shoujo or yaoi/yuri

Haven't read Rokudenashi yet (It's on plan to read), but try anything by Hiroyuki Nishimori. His delinquent comedy is gold. Especially Kyou Kara Ore Wa and Tenshi na Konamaiki they are absolute riots. Angel Densetsu is totally hilarious as well.
Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi is more about martial arts but it has comedy and gangs. For something more serious with delinquents and fighting Holyland is incredible. Maybe check out Sun Ken Rock too. And finally I'll throw in Aiki for the fighting and hilarity.
Hopefully some of these can fill the void
