Hi guys, im looking for a dark seinen manga? I'd prefer a complete manga which has been completely translated or is being scantlated actively, nothing in haitus pls. I want it to be over 100 chapters and it should not be a historical or a manga which focuses too much on politics. Fantasy Sci Fi and slice of life is alright.

Here's a list of similar stuff i've read so you don't mention 'em smile

Berserk (Duh...)
Shin Angyo Onshi
Ubel Blatt (dropped it after the first few chapters, didnt like the MC and too much weird shota nonsense. Lol, he looked like what you'd get if Zelda and Gutts hooked up)
Rainbow
Jiraishin
Vagabond (reading, taking a break)
Kouko no hito
Gunnm (and its sequels)
Sidonia no Kishi
Hellsing
Itou Junji Horror manga (All of 'em)
Oyasumi Pun Pun (Still in tears, lol)
Gantz
Battle Royale
Btooom!!
Shamo
Wolf Guy (I'm sure you all can guess why i dropped this.....right?)
Franken Fran
Dorohedoro

Some of these aren't as dark as the ones I recognize in your list, but should fit well enough, I would guess.

Monster,
20th Century Boys
Liar Game
FUKUMOTO Nobuyuki works, such as Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji , Akagi and Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa

Thanks, but I don't like fukumoto nobuyukis art style, i did try kaiji some time back, but the art put me off. Monster and 20th century boys looks good, i already read Pluto by the same mangaka

Hmm, I don't usually read dark seinen anymore so my memories a bit fuzzy, but I hope you find something nice to read from this list~

Eden - It's an Endless World! - The ending is pretty what, but I remember this being really good and dark!
Hotel - a series of oneshots
Sugar Dark - Umerareta Yami to Shoujo - has dark themes, but I don't quite remember if how the story portrayed itself was dark. Pretty gory.
Yunagi no Machi Sakura no Kuni - not really gore, guts and blood, but it's a retelling of someones experiences before and after the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. It's pretty dark, despite the cute art.
Solanin & other works by Anano Inio because, well, Oyasumi Punpun amiright? lol
Tsumi to Batsu - A Falsified Romance - murder, psychological warfare (but not extremely so, just messed up people messing with other messed up people)
Kimi Shi ni Tamou Koto Nakare - have you played or heard of any Yoko Taro games? Well, he writes this and it's pretty messed up and gory so far, but is somehow pretty shounen. idk it's a fav of mine right now, so try it out if you want.
Kuzu no Honkai - borderline hentai, and lots of hurt feelings so this is dark in a oyasumi punpun kinda way. Basically "Friends-with-Benefits: The Manga".

Have you read other Tsutomu's work like Blame! and BioMega? In my opinion, they're darker than sidonia.

These look pretty good! I like the dark and gritty atmosphere Iomega and blame have. Do you know any other seinen manga with a similar feel to it?

Of course, here are some dark and gritty manga's with similiar feel to Blame:
- Akira is considered as a classic masterpiece by many.
- Freesia

Here's other dark seinen-ish manga recomendation:
- Sekai Oni

Here's a slice of life seinen manga:
- Onani Master Kurosawa

If you want to take a look at dark, bottomless pit we usually called as humanity, look no further. You've been warned though:
- 17-sai.
- Arigatou
- Bradherley no Basha
