Muteki no Hito. It's shounen, but Kaitani Shinobu is predominantly a seinen author, so hopefully it won't be too childish for your tastes.

Just when I think the artstyle is familiar, it's Kaitani Shinobu sensei from Liar Game and One Outs. Too bad there's only one chapter translated though ): Btw thanks! Put it in my wish list.

I'd think the character being referred to in Kubera is Asha because Asha often remembers lots about her life, with whole arcs based around it as well as alll her motives. I think Asha remembers all details.
