Hey guys, I'm looking for a manga abut taking care of animals; it can be any kind of animal (like zoo or pet animals) but I want to stay away from supernatural and fantasy type manga. I'd prefer it to be a slice of life. It can also be romance or comedy but that's not required.

Try Doubutsu no Oishasan. It seems to be just what you might like.

Kemono Michi by Yamaura Saku is a shoujo manga about a young women who becomes a zookeeper.

Inubaka by Sakuragi Yukiya is a seinen romantic comedy about a petshop worker

I've only seen the anime, but Gin no Saji should fit your description.

And I only read the first few chapters of it, but Won't Hurt You is about a zookeeper. (It's licensed under the name "Unuzooal Zoo").

Pet Diary is like a manual on pet care in webcomic form.

Wild Life is more about rescuing animals than caring for them, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

Zookeeper fits to a T, though sadly it's not scanlated.
