What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

From what I can remember you had a bunch of teens with "superpowers" that were sent into war and would mostly just be killed and the people behind it didn't really care about them. I know in the first few chapters the guy that is on the cover of the manga gets a sniper bullet in the head and a few chapters later the main female lead takes a tank shot (?) and survives and also destroys a helicopter with her hands. The male lead is weird and likes the female lead a little bit too much. That's all I can remember sorry for the bad description, and thanks in advance
