I feel that giving people a closed forum section where people can talk and discuss the manga polls would be a great improvement to the culture of this site. The forum section should probably be closed from users posting new topics, but include a topic for each poll so users can discuss their answers or their reasoning for their answers.
A small link at the bottom of the poll would be good to pull more users into the forum.
