Something where everyone around the main character can wield something he can't but he gets a hold of something very powerful? It doesn't have to be that exact concept even if the main character uses his brain to fight against powerful enemies would be cool.
Tl;Dr: Main character doesn't have any power but everyone around him does
Thanks in advance

Iris Zero
That's all I can think of at the moment. If you don't mind something else that would be similar, the protagonist is considered trash due to his ability but is actually really amazing due to how they can utilize their trash ability.
Dekisokonai no Monster Trainer
Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan (Novel)
I can't think of other examples at the moment

Kind of obvious, but To Aru Majutsu no Index fits perfectly.
And maybe Kimi Shi ni Tamou Koto Nakare.
If you want comedy, Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! kind of works, since Kazuma is the only one in the group who has no real powers whatsoever. (But he's also the only one with any common sense.)
Oh, and Tokage no Ou, maybe. Though the main character never really gets very powerful.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Kuroi is revealed to not have any special powers. He used his intellect to trick his way into the school.
