What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

On the scanlation site "vexed scans" you can see that the title of the chapters says "Yandere Kanojo - 75 (END)"
And "Jokers" is also finished " according to the scanlator group " Here we go ladies and gentlemen, the final chapter of Yandere Kanojo's (JOKER) edition!"

Still on baka-updates you can see its "unfinished" tag for the scanlation; What is now correct? confused

It is finished. It just hasn't been updated on MU yet.
