Hi guys. I've read this manga before, and now I can't find it again. The two main characters are a boy and girl who are just about the coolest people in school, along with testing high. They became friends because they kept tying in rock papers scissors.... there's an evil organization... I think it starts with one letter.

No, they weren't. I don't remember anything about the boy's family, but I think the girl has a stepmom and stepsis, and her dad died.
