What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I don't remember all the details of this manga but the only thing I remember is that the Semes coworkers found out he turned gay for this uke and a woman found out and since she likes him she said to herself that she would turn the seme straight again so she goes to his house and she kisses the seme and the uke comes and sees them kissing and he ends up running away but the seme leaves the woman alone and runs after his uke
