Anyways... He's looking for manga guys so why do you keep telling him to go to /b/?
I've read the rules and the only thing that would be a problem is it's possibly offensive to some people or admins. If you know it's offensive then don't look into what is suggested then. It's not like he posted explicit pictures or linked to anything pornographic in nature.
For example: would you tell someone to go to /b/ if they are looking for something like Tokyo Akazukin or Ichi the Killer?

Again, you won't find it here. You'll get 1-2 recommendations tops. You got more chance at /b/, if you know where that is. =D
There are lot of people who like H-Guru (and openly admit it) there. You won't find any people like that here, besides the occasional one like you. ;P
... Best proof of that is that nobody recommended something as of yet. And if they do, it's always the same. Mai-chan, tokyo akazukin, yada-yada~
Just make a thread at the right section there, and hope that anonymous will deliver. You got more chance there~
