What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

i don't remember it very well but the male protagonist was living together with a brother and a sister.
I think it started of with the protagonist was in the bathroom and the sister was in the shower.

The sister was little Dominatrix. Last thing I remember was the ending of the latest chapter. When the sister was showing a underwear to the protagonist.

(it can be a hentai series, but i don't remember it very well)
