ok so i previously read this manga but i want to reread it again but unfortunately i dont remember the name. basically, its about this girl who's a model but she disguises herself as the plain shy nerd when she's at school and she has this really creepy teacher who likes to take pics of her?

it sounds like Dramatic Love Album by the same author as Skip Beat and Tokyo Crazy Paradise. It was just a oneshot, so that might not be right, but it fits your description pretty well.
