I have ran out of shoujo mangas to read, sadly.
I would like a long shoujo manga ( min of 30+ chapters ) to read.

Well, I'll give you my list of them, though if you're an ardent reader of shoujo, well yeah, you might well have read 'em all already
Basara, Boku wa Imouto ni Koi o Suru, Confessing Truthfully, Dengeki Daisy, Gokinjo Monogatari, Houkago Hokenshitsu, Kyou, Koi o Hajimemasu, Love So Life, Nousatsu Junkie, Orange Marmalade, Parfait Tic!, Pinocchio, Saesang Bring It On!, Shiawase Kissa 3-choume, Strobe Edge, Taiyou no Ie and Yume Miru Taiyou.
Good luck finding something to read

Hmm... Are You Alice?, Adekan, Chang Ge Xing and Natsume Yuujinchou had really pretty art, if I recall, but they're not really conventional shoujos. Ciel's art was nice, too.
Koi da no Ai da no, Last Game, Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume (or anything by MATSUZUKI Kou, really) and Beauty Pop were pretty good, especially if you're looking for a series with a non-stereotypical (i.e. clumsy, blushing) main character. I assume you've already read Ouran High School Host Club, but similar works include Five and SA.
Have you tried some of the older works? SHINOHARA Chie does some pretty decent stuff. (Some of her more well-known works are Ao no Fuuin and Anatolia Story.) There's also Swan, but that hasn't been updated in a while . Miriam is also pretty good. If you like the older art style, I would recommend Ran to Haiiro no Sekai, which is seinin, but reads like a shoujo.
Hana Kimi was pretty good, although it dragged on a little towards the end. Crossdressing in general also has some shorter series like Classi9, Penguin Kakumei and SSG.
Also, I want to recommend Gakuen Babysitters even though it's more geared towards shounen because everybody is so freaking cute.
Some more titles I'll throw out: Hibi Chouchou, Ore-sama Teacher, My Little Monster, Gakuen Alice, Skip Beat, and Nana.
Hope this helps!

same!
I'm sure you've read most if not all of these before, but some I really enjoy are Akatsuki no Yona, Chocolat, Kimi ni Todoke, Kamisama Hajimemashita, Otomen, and Watashi ga Motete Dousunda.
Shouoto Aya always has great art, even if her stories fall a little flat.
And an honorable mention to Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun which is technically a shounen but revolves around parodying shoujo tropes.
