I read this a while a go. It's a yaoi manga with memory loss.
He understand that his boyfriend is his senpai and thought that he is an av actor until he found the video of him and his boyfriend together.

Please I wanna read this so bad.

Not sure about that senpai part but the rest sounds like it's Mou Ichido, Nando Demo.
