I just remember that it has a very strong willed female lead who is pretty and smart and sort of a model student, but in actuality she wants to reclaim the highschool because apparently it used to be her dads.
She is up against a princely blond guy who is her apt opponent, and she seems to be falling for him.
There is also another handsome but delinquent type guy who is somehow related to the prince guy as well.. The female lead is asked to help this guy (black hair) in his studies by the teacher, in exchange for her increased chances for overseas studies. This guy seems to have feelings for the female lead.
So yeah simple love triangle with an interesting 'who's gonna get the school' twist.
Really would appreciate if someone has a name for it.
Also, I vaguely remember that the art style was like Pika Ichi manga.
