forgot a manga about two girls

there were two high school girls, one was very beautiful and super popular, she had strong personality and didnt afraid to let out her opinions, and the other one was average and kind of an okay-guy (like didnt know how to reject someone). the popular girl really treasures her best friend and got mad whenever someone talks bad about her best friend. then a guy suddenly started to bully the average girl, because he was curious.

the popular girl had short hair, and the average girl had long wavy/curly? hair.

that's all i can remember, i'll be glad if someone can help! thank you!
