Monster (The only one on this list that doesn't have romance Lol. But it's very good)

Isshuukan Friends.
Usagi Drop

Just to keep it brief, some of the best of the best (for me) would be Annarasumanara, Hoshi no Furu Machi, Octave, Pandora Hearts and Shion no Ou.
