What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

Hi

i read this manga long ago i can't remember the mc or the main story
but i remember side story so i think the mc is traveling and go to city ruled by a corrupt governor
his son is artiste he draw on the walls of the city and his girlfriend with a group opposed to the government

Basara has that "side" story,

it happens close to when the 2 main characters finally figure out each others identity.
It's in chapter 48 (that took some time to find.
