Looking for romance manga where the main male lead falls in love with female lead when they were kids, and male lead was introvert. For example, guy is an introvert as a child and got bullied, girl saves him, and is the only decent human that treats him as an equal. Guy eventually falls in love with her while he's a child. Fast forward 10 years guy hasn't confessed his love
- Has to be in the main female's perspective
- No yaoi, yuri, etc.

Seconding Oh! Holy and Teruteru x Shounen.
And a few more manga fitting this (but most of them 'somewhat/kinda/a bit' fits, not an exact criteria fulfillment):
Note: They are rated based on the relevance to your criteria.
Beauty Pop (3/5)
In a way. The male lead was/is definitely NOT an introvert. He was once beaten by a girl in a competition so he had a crush on her. In high school, they meet again, but both of them didn't realize (from the beginning until the middle point of the story), that they had once met during childhood. Not really fitting for this, but maybe you'd like to give it a try (if you haven't)? It's still a really fun manga ! It's about being a beautician, and the manga has a heroine with an I-don't-care attitude.
Kaichou-kun no Shimobe (3/5)
Like Beauty Pop, the male lead had a crush on a girl. He meets her again when he is in high school, but the both of them don't realize that they had met before. He was still in love with her though. (like 'falling in love again while still in love' lol). About a girl who gets blackmailed by the school president because she knows a secret of his. It's a funny manga . Male lead was and still isn't an introvert though .
Dear Mine (4.5/5)
Age gap manga about an teen girl who marries a rich young boy.. I forgot about the introvert part, but he definitely falls in love with her when he was still a child <3. A really, really cute manga .
Magico (IWAMOTO Naoki) (5/5)
About a girl and a wizard. Cute shounen manga <3. Definitely fits this!
Sora No Yousei (3/5)
About a girl who meets a fairy. The girl kinda saved him, and that made the male lead fond of her.
Here are others which might fit (I dunno, kind of forgot the exact details), or I heard that they have this kind of plot):
- Ao Haru Ride (?/5)
- Grand Sun (2/5)
- Last Game (Somewhat. NOT introverted male lead though.) (3/5)

Thanks, I've already read 9/10 of those you recommended though
Do you know any romance manga where the guy is an introvert? and falls in love with female lead first? doesn't have to be childhood or whatever I mentioned in my first post.

Hmm... I'm pretty sure these manga have introverted male leads (but some might tilt to more of a cold/quiet/calm/outcast type of person).
Bolded = I'm almost 100% certain that the male lead is an introvert, and he fell in love first (basically, these manga fit both of your requirement )
Only Asterisk (*) = I'm almost 100% certain that he's introverted, but I'm not sure if he fell in love first.
- Zetsubou Danshi to Chuugoku Musume
- Haru x Kiyo*
- Oh! Lord Jesus*
- Koe Koi
- Serendipity
- Kawaii Hito (SAITOU Ken)
- Shinrei Tantei Yakumo, but romance is subtle and it's the girl who falls in love first.
- Colette wa Shinu Koto ni Shita (more like 'calm' male lead)
- Tsubaki-chou Lonely Planet*
- Konyakusei*
- Sekine-kun no Koi <- THIS. DEFINITELY.
- Tonari no Yuki Onna-chan (oneshot)
- Crookclock
- Sakurasaku Shoukougun
- Love Allergen
- Kingyo Sou*
- Teruteru x Shounen
- 3D Kanojo*
- Hibi Chouchou*
- Bastard (HWANG Youngchan) (I think he's actually pretty introverted. Oh, also it's a thriller with romance)
- Otometeki Syndrome (I think his original personality is introverted, if I remember correctly)
Hope you'll find something worth reading hehe . Also, maybe you'll want to make your list public next time ^^.

By reading your description, it suddenly reminded me of my favorite classic shoujo called Penguin Brothers. I'm not exactly sure if the "childhood friend" is introverted as a teenager. He just keeps a distance sometimes. However, he was pretty introverted as a child (not because of bullying, but something equally dire) ..., yet, he did change a little because of her. I can't really spoil more than what is here.
One thing to note. Even by the manga's end, the guy still didn't confess to her. The romance thing is left open ended----not that I mind. It's refreshing to me.
