Any manga/anime where the male and female leads are/get together and at some point, her ex comes back and causes problems? They stay together in the end though.

I don't really enjoy this kind of obstacle in a romance manga, but here are some manga I've read that has the ex situation:

Moe Kare!! (manga)
... In a way (near the end). It's a love triangle so it's a bit complicated hehe . Anyways, it's about a girl who finally meets her 'prince'. A really cute manga in my opinion - oh, and beware of the ecchi/smut. There is also an ex-girlfriend who comes - so that makes two ex in a manga
Koisuru Harinezumi (manga)
About a girl who befriends a delinquent. Quite cute, it's your average shoujo. Oh, but...

Skip Beat (anime/manga)
About a girl who wants to become an actress to get revenge on her ex. There's a love triangle if I'm not mistaken - I kind of forgot the details.

And others which might fit (I forgot the details, so I'm not sure if they really have the ex situation):
- Uwasa no Midori-kun!! (I'm not sure if the girl and her 'ex' was actually a couple before, or maybe they just had feelings for each other [?])
- Handmade no Oujisama

Note: I can recommend more if it's a 'childhood friend' who reappears, not an ex (or if you're simply looking for a love triangle )

The thing is I usually root for the childhood friend if they aren't awful and when it's up in the air on who they will end up with until the end.
