I'm looking for a romance manga where the main female protagonist cares for/looks after the main male protagonist, and acts quite motherly towards him, and he acts kind of childish around her, or acts like a pet towards her. Like she can pet him or stroke his hair and comfort him and stuff like that.

The male can be;
A- acts really cute and sweet.
or
B-tsundere and hostile, but secretly likes the way the main female treats them.

One example of this would be Beast Master, and I guess it would be A, even though he looks scary. The male could also have a split personality that only the girl can tame, and she can comfort him afterwards, like Leo, but not required.

Please no smut, or as little as possible.
I've noticed a few other requests like this, but none were exactly what I wanted so . . . I really hoping you can help me out!

Maison Ikkoku - There are many times where Kyoko acts motherly to Godai.

Maybe these MIGHT fit. Most of them somewhat fit, but not an exact criteria fulfillment. Ones bolded means I'm almost certain it fits.

Horimiya - Female lead cooks for male lead.
Kimi wa Pet - Female lead treats male lead as a pet. THIS. DEFINITELY.
Papa to Mama Hajimemashita. - Well, female lead and male lead takes care of a baby. Cute story anyway <3
Kaichou, Suki tte Itte mo Ii desu ka? - More like male lead is very spoiled/acts like a pet towards female lead.
Me and Big Sister's Marriage - She treats him like a child and cares for him, but not exactly mother-like.
Saruyama! - I think.. If I remember correctly
Ouji-sama ni wa Doku ga Aru.

ReRe Hello - She's a handyman who takes care of the male lead, but not exactly mother-like in my opinion.
Love So Life - Definitely motherly female lead, but not towards the male lead.
Beast Master - childish male lead and caring female lead

The second one has the amazing characteristic, which makes it fun to read for males, that the male lead is actually NOT handsome. Yet it's not one of those standard shonen stories where he's passive and clueless, as girls flock around him.
