I know that such request appears from time to time, but I have not found exact one.

I want to read non-hentai manga where one of main female characters will have gigantic boobs like this or a bit smaller:

Any genre is ok: action, adventure, romance, shounen, seinen, psychological. But not hentai and with some reasonable amount of ecchi.

I can't really guarantee the plot. Sure there isn't any hentai, but some of these does in NO way have a "nice" plot... And there might be unreasonable amounts of ecchi, but anyways:

Gigantic? Uh, jeez, I don't know........well, I can at least say "really big" (breasts) and the story makes sure you're always kept aware of it, how about that? I'd suggest Hakodate Youjin Buraichou Himegami, Kiryuuin Kaya ni Chi o Suwareru Dake no Kantan na Oshigoto, Koimoku, Tadashikunai Renai no Susume from the complete list, and Mouhitsu Hallucination and (of course) Oku-san from the "reading/ain't completely scanlated yet" list.

These are series on my lists with the "Big Breasts" tag (well, obviously excluding Hentai) so I apologize if I miss the mark. Some of these have female characters with big breasts, some have female characters with huge breasts, and some have both. I wish I could tell you exactly which series have female characters with the biggest breasts, however, I would have to refresh my memory by re-reading quite a few of these (especially the ones which I have already completed).

Lotte no Omocha! - If I remember correctly, I believe this one has characters with huge breasts. (67 chapters, complete)

Danberu nan kiro moteru? - I don't think the breasts here would be considered huge though they are definitely big. (11 chapters, ongoing)

Uchi no Musume ni Te o Dasu na! - Oyako Heroine Funtousu - I would say the breasts here are huge. (15 chapters scanlated, complete in Japan with 3 volumes; also has spin-offs though they are categorized as "Hentai")

Ane Naru Mono - I consider the breasts in this manga huge as well. (7 chapters, ongoing)

Criminale! - There are several female characters with breasts ranging from big to huge (though maybe not as huge as you would like). (29 chapters, ongoing)

Golden Times (4 chapters, complete)

Nande koko ni sensei ga!? - Sequel to or continuation of Golden Times (1 scanlated chapter, ongoing)

Yuricam - Yurika no Campus Life (22 scanlated chapters, complete in Japan with 5 volumes)

Gurenki - This one has a good story. Unfortunately it cuts off at the end because it was cancelled. It had so much potential too. I would still recommend it though. (3 volumes, cancelled)

Inbura! - Bishoujo Kyuuketsuki no Hazukashii Himitsu - I'm not sure if the breasts here would be considered huge or not . . . they are definitely big though and I would recommend it anyway. (14 chapters, complete)

Iki no Kore! Shachiku-chan - I'm not sure if there are huge breasts in this one or if there are only big breasts. (1 volume, ongoing; no chapters scanlated by groups, however, I read 5 chapters online so I'm pretty sure they were scanlated by an individual rather than a group)

World Teacher - Isekaishiki Kyouiku Agent - Big? Sure. Huge? *shrugs* (1 chapter scanlated, unsure of status in Japan)

Dasei 67 Percent - This one has big breasts, but not huge breasts. (23 chapters, ongoing)

Oshiete! Gyaruko-chan - I have only read 3 chapters of this so far but I'm pretty sure it fits. (3 volumes, ongoing)

Shokugeki no Soma - I'm not sure if there are huge breasts but I know there are big breasts. (22 volumes, ongoing)

Centaur no Nayami (14 volumes, ongoing)

Fullpapla (11 chapters, ongoing)

Komori-san wa Kotowarenai! - I'm pretty sure they're huge . . . (44 chapters, ongoing)

Taisho Wotome Otogibanashi - This one has big breasts, I assure you. Now are they huge? I'm not completely sure. I apologize for that. (9 chapters scanlated and ongoing with 3 volumes released in Japan)

Hatsukoi Zombie - I think this fits. (5 volumes, ongoing)

Moujuusei Shounen Shoujo - I think the breasts here are big and not huge. I'm still including it though because a) I've included others where the breasts aren't necessarily "huge" and b) I kind of doubt my memory at times so there may actually be female characters with huge breasts. Also, big and huge are kind of really similar and in fact both fall into the category of "big breasts." This can also depend on an artist's consistency and the reader's individual perception of breasts as a whole. (4 chapters, ongoing)

Mishiro-san to Yamada-kun - I can't remember if this one has any female characters with huge breasts or not. (21 chapters scanlated, unsure of status Japan)

Chichi Chichi - I'm not sure if I would recommend this for its story but I like the mangaka and it has huge breasts so there. (2 volumes, ongoing)

Joou-sama no Eshi - I don't think this one has any female characters with huge breasts but there are definitely some with big breasts (or maybe only one, I can't remember). (19 chapters scanlated, complete in Japan with 4 volumes)

The above selection is a list of all MU entries with the Big Breast tag minus Adult, Ecchi, Mature, or Hentai. Not all will fit but 100+ suggestions are nothing to sneeze at.
3-gatsu no Lion isn´t on the list, yet it fits too. That´s how you do it folks.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure OP probably already would have used the Advanced Search. On the other hand, it is a nice reminder that it's there if someone doesn't know about it. The OP probably just wanted personal recommendations.

Also, the OP asked for series with female characters with "gigantic boobs" and the "Big Breasts" tag wouldn't perfectly show that which is why it was somewhat necessary to make this topic to ask for something that resembles what OP would actually want.

EDIT:

By "rape porn," did you mean Uchi no Musume ni Te o Dasu na! - Oyako Heroine Funtousu? Because that's a little harsh. Also, this was a personal recommendation of a manga that I enjoyed reading for the most part that fit the topic and wasn't Hentai. Perfect recommendation. If the OP had said not to include Borderline H, then I would have left it out.

Yeah, in all fairness, the OP said "not hentai and with some reasonable amount of ecchi".....I don't see ""resemble" hentai" in the post.

"Adult", "Mature" and "Borderline-H" aren't hentai.

Giving recommendations is kinda one of the fun things to do around here, just linking a generic list really ain't.

Kubera - Not really ecchi, but you get some nice bodies in S2.

koi to uso - If you can stand drama and romance

re_netero, Thouarttammy, well thank you for your try, but characters in these mangas are not near to my examples at all. It's very easy to find girls with big breasts (just open any manga literally), but to find something like shown in first post is difficult

And of course I have used Advanced search feature, but problem with Big breasts tag is that it covers to many cases:from slightly big to really huge.

And there is only one strict condition: non-hentai. Small amount of ecchi would be just nice.

Excluding Mature tag is wrong too, because it's used for violent manga often.

Hopefully I could help in some way. I mainly included manga that I enjoyed and I thought several of them definitely fit. Oh well. I hope you find what you're looking for.

I have been thinking about this as a though exercise and all sort of action manga as Akumetsu, Basilisk (certainly the team´s best), Dorohedoro and Gantz apply. All actually cover the wanted genres, huh. The Big Tits Dragon is kind off a parody of the Grindhouse genre but his other series fall off. Battle Royale the manga is kid of rubbish, but the translation is hilarious, and his Black Joke may or may not be (somewhat misguided) satire. Some struggle with the not being gratuitous bit, the intent is a focus on violence.

Bleach and co. would fit too, if the story wasn´t crap, and (Post Time-Skip) One Piece is basically anti-romance. Witch Craft Works was lastly the manga/anime with the biggest breasts, while not even being a real ecchi franchise. Even Maoyuu Maou Yuusha has slight sex jokes and regular fan-service. The No Prize belongs to Witch Craft Works, yet it also has no plot of any kind too. Who is this for?
PS: MU´s usage for Mature is all over the place.
