I really liked the manga Otomen and Kimi to Boku, are there similar shoujo mangas that also have really sweet bromances between the male leads as well? Not the typical female lead has a harem shoujo, but the sort of pure, fluffy ones that leave you feeling warm inside after reading them. And the bromance isn't actual romance (although that would be okay too), it's just cute friendship stuff? It doesn't have to be an actual romance love story either, just a plain school life manga would work too. Any suggestions?

You're probably not going to find just a whole lot, you're talking shoujo on one hand and then stories that actually bother to flesh out something to do with the male characters......yeah, already dramatically limiting the possibilities biggrin

Coda is about the only one I know of to recommend smile

Well, it's like this: if you want there to be a female MC and a male MC, and also expect the guys to have a proper friendship, then the options will be vastly limited. However, if you're willing to try out the shoujo with two male leads (not a common thing, so I suggest looking into josei published in Zero Sum magazine as well, since they have a "shounen-ish shoujo" feel rather than a typical josei feel), then there are quite a few to recommend.

Shoujo with two male leads (some have male/female romance, most don't. None are BL) :
Adekan
B-Eyes
Banana Fish
Dadadadan.
Danshigurashi
Do Whatever You Want
Dolls Code
Gin no Yuusha
Hakkenden
Hard Romantica
Boku Wa Ne
Ilegenes - Kokuyou no Kiseki and its sequel.
Jauhara Genya
Kaizoku to Ningyo
Orenchi no Furo Jijou
Samurai Drive
Yasei no Bara
Shuuten Unknown
Shichifuku Mafia
Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru
Angel's Doubt
Hanamatsuri
Uso Tsuredure
Count Cain and its sequel.
Game x Rush
Kokoro ni Hana wo!!
Yoiko no Kokoroe
Choushinri Genshou Nouryokusha Nanaki
Yami no Matsuei
Bloody Mary (SAMAMIYA Akaza)
Demon Diary
Akaya Akashiya Ayakashi no
RG Veda
X/1999
Sable Prince

Shoujo-esque josei/shounen:
Shounen Hakaryuudo
Dolls
Switch
di(e)ce
Sougiya Riddle
Makai Ouji: Devils And Realist
Shuuen no Elysion
Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge
Karneval
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Grainerie
+C: Sword and Cornett
07-Ghost
Ryle to Louis
Youkai Apaato no Yuuga na Nichijou
Mahoutsukai no Neko
Hinatama
15: Meisetsu Kougyou Koukou Rugby Bu
Planetary*
Shirogane no Ou and its sequel.
Servamp
Pandora Hearts
Sakamichi no Apollon
Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle
