Like...when the girl and boy's roles are inverted, a prince like girl and a princess like boy xD, doesn't matter if it is anime or manga.

Also, if someone knows any manga or anime when suddenly the main characters swiched bodies, those are amusing too.. ^.^

you might want to do a genre search for gender benders, they'll go along these lines alot

I think you misunderstood his question, he's not looking for gender-bender type manga (though that may work) but manga where rather than a male protagonist being the player that ends up falling for a single female, it's a female protagonist that's a player who ends up falling for a single male.

And to be honest, I'm looking for something along that line as well.

operation liberate men < TOTAL role reversal, most guys look like girls and girls are made to look like guys. Its fantasy, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.

anne freaks not sure about that one but she definetly carries the pants in that relationship...romance isnt the main theme though...

Pheromomania Syndrome < I highly suggest this, it's got the role reversal there and it's hilarious as well! to bad no one has scanlated it in a while.

"Never Give Up", the girl's features and persoanlity is more like knight in shining armor and vice versa.
