Just like me am sure many were disappointed with the turn of events around volume 7 and have been wondering if volume 9 was the end of the series....
Since i could not believe it, particularly because it said ongoing here i asked a friend, who uploads all of the raw manhwas am usually interested in reading and this was the response:
"I don't think so. Even though there is v10 mentioned on the last page, the 9th volume was released in june 2004 so even if it is ongoing there hasn't been any volume in 4 years, most likely dropped by manhwaka...

Well, for anyone else who might be wondering, below is an email I sent to Yen Press & the response I received:

Dear TofuQueen,

For the time being, Comic is on hold. We and the original Korean publisher
are having trouble tracking down the creator, so until we get their
go-ahead, we will not be releasing the rest of Comic. As soon as we have
news of its release, we will post details to the website. Sorry to leave you
hanging!

I don't know the status in Korea, but it doesn't look like there will be more volumes published in English any time soon. dead

I don't think it's that they "can't find the author" it's because she doesn't plan on finishing it. It's similar to what happened to "Operation Liberate Men" and many other manhwa out there.
