Wow, those are some broad parameters.....I didn't think it was until I pulled my complete list with those things excluded and found out there were still a couple hundred titles
Well, just a few then....3 Level Combination, Aku no Hana, Alyosha!, Annarasumanara, Ashita no Joe, Choku!, Come Spring, Hanged Doll, Himawari Youchien Monogatari Aiko Desho!, Kaibutsu Oujo, Kiseijuu, Melo Holic, Pandora Hearts, Shion no Ou, The Friendly Winter and Yuureitou.
And yeah, all complete titles and not on your complete list (that I saw )
Good luck finding something to read

wood stock, Hell's Kitchen, Usogui, Kimi no knife, Hunter Hunter, Kuroshitsuji, Mx0, Mahou Tsukai no Yome, Konjiki no gash!!
gash bell is actually my first anime and pretty much the one that dragged me into the whole anime and manga world. It's so hella silly that it's hilarious. Give it a try.

Kono Oto Tomare! may seem a bit different, but it's a great one.
Same with Ballroom e youkoso
Senpai, Sore Hitokuchi Kudasai! is a fun little comedy
Otome Youkai Zakuro is a seinen, but feels more like a josei
Seigi no Mikata is a funny shoujo, unfortunately scanlations have come to a complete stall
If these came up on your lists somewhere, sorry about that.
