What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

This is for a friend. Please help.

An anime and/or manga about:

There's a high school where all angels and demons and magical people attend and only one human boy there, when an angel comes down from heaven to hunt down troublemaking demons. The rest of the school tells the human boy to go up to her and talk to her, so he does, and she freaks out on him basically going "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!" or something along those lines.
