hmmm I dunno I don't really like Ariel Lin that much, not after the long drawn out drama of it started with a kiss, and tokyo Juliet or whatever all of them really failed in my opinion. Japanese dramas have always seemed more top end to me Hana yori dango being one of my favourites. Now if they did Skip Beat with that kind of budget I would start looking forward to it a whole lot more!

Wow...they sure have guts to make money out of something they didn't even originally thought up. :'/
They should be sued for that. The Japanese are especially strict when it comes to copyright laws and all that shit.

Anyways...about a drama.
Really if they have a shitty cast...then it's a fucking NO. (since it's Ariel Lin and who, Jerry Yan? OH HELL NO!)
They can have whoever they want to cast if they want to adapt some other mangas.
But when it comes to Skip Beat, if they fuck it up, then it's ALL-OUT-WAR. >'O

Ehh? no because with the author approval they can do it .is just like to take a book and do make it an Hollywood movie or something is completely legal and they have done it soo many time now, for example like "its started with a kiss" is a manga, anime and drama in japan but is a Taiwan drama too ( really good drama just like the manga) oH AND LET NOT FORGET ,Hana kimi is a manga and a japanese drama and a Taiwan drama as well they can't get sue for something like this

And to tell you the truth i amd hoping that taiwanese do it cause they don't change so much the story like in japan drama do
do I like to see both of them

kizi180, Lija-chan was referring to earlier in the thread, where I stated that the author of Akuma de Sourou didn't know anything about the Taiwan drama version of the manga (the drama is called "Devil Beside You") until after it had aired. Of course with the author's/publisher's agreement there's no problem but it seems they don't always get that! no

I saw the trailer on Sugoideas 2 years ago (for 2009)...I'm glad they finally decided to bring the drama to action.
