If someone could suggest a good manga to read I am not picky, the only genre I don't read is horror, tragedy and physiological. Something upbeat with romance would be preferable, but honestly I just really need something new to read. Manga' I have really liked are: the world is still beautiful, yona of the dawn(favorite!!), black butler(my limit with dark stuff), Ouran high school host club(a little slow, but I enjoyed the whole "family" feel) and kasmia kiss. The list goes on but it would take forever so...thanks for your time😊

Ahh well anything that has a really good story....umm I am trying to be open so honestly so long as it has a interesting story and isn't too depressing, I'lol read it. Anything popular I have probably already read it, including one punch, berserk(too depressing), one piece...
Though if you need specific genre, romance. (Though I tend to dislike school life stuff)
I would seriously be soooooo happy if you knew something like red river or crazy girl shin ba

Well, considering all the manga I've read and will continue to read, I have a rather long list, although this list is mostly centered on romance.
First off, I'll start off with what you might be most interested in (that fits your criteria):
Siren's Lament <-- This is a webtoon.
Super Secret Another webtoon as well, but easily the most lighthearted and adorable, but still retains an interesting story. Supernatural elements include: werewolves, witches, vampires living among us in secret.
Koudaike no Hitobito Even though this is about psychic siblings and their respective love interests, it is told in quite a comedic light.
Baby, Kokoro no Mama ni!
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun This is quite comedic and told in 4-koma style.
Yuusha-sama ni Ikinari Kyuukonsareta no Desu ga
Kawaii Hito This one is also quite cute!
Chikutaku Bonbon
Kami-sama ga Uso o Tsuku. This is totally not lighthearted at all really, but I still really liked it.
As for these two, I chose them based off your preference off the manga you listed that you really liked.
Basara
7 Seeds
The rest all involve a bit of school related settings and/or issues.
Horimiya
Orange
Principal
Yume Miru Taiyou
Bitou Lollipop
Otonari Complex
14-sai no Koi
Gozen 0-ji, Kiss Shi ni Kite yo
Amaama-kun no Okashi na Yuuwaku
Last Notes
Koi da no Ai da no
I didn't write summaries for everything since I felt like there would be too much and still not enough information, without throwing myself into a tangent.

Something good, upbeat, has romance and not as popular as the ones you mentioned (that I can think off the top of my head):
Miriam
A Tale of Felluah
Star Light Woman
Beauty and the Beast, it sets in school but nothing like anything you've read
Dear
Ran to Haiiro no Sekai
The Sensual M
And definitely Basara if you like Red River.
