What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Couple years ago, I think it was multi chapter work or tankoubon. Couple was recording ecchi sounds for their club or hentai or eroge, female was embarrassed and MC lead her. Then MC fucked one more lad for recordings and his girlfriend gotten jealous and they fucked once more. May be licensed, because I can't find it after quite a search.
