I am looking for a manga oneshot about two highschool students; a girl and a boy who found themselves in the same place where they hang around often with a sensei. Then they are about to graduate soon and the girl is confused and doesnt know if she will become a good adult. Then they bought a present for their sensei as a christmas and parting gift. Then confessed to each other.

The second one is about ta girl who went to the future to know if her love life turn out well. Then she met her classmate, a boy. Then in the end of the chapter, she asked him how did he knew that she was from the past then the boy answered that her future self told him about it. Then she came back to her own time. It looks like that boy is her soul mate.
