Between 6 and 7am on every day of the week (even Sunday, FFS) when I'm working, since I need to be at uni/the hospital by 8am sharp. Though these days I'm at home on vacation so it's the last option. I only got up at 11.30am today, for example. Such a nice feeling! bigrazz

Almost everyday just slightly before 5 AM since almost everyone here start the day just around that time.
School and work mostly start at at 7 or 8 AM, morning bath is customary since I live in humid tropical city and lots of travel time to school or workplace also needed since I live a city with one of the worst traffic in the world mmm...

There is no consistency in my wake-up schedule, especially due to me currently being a university student who is between semesters. I woke up around 1:30 pm today and 2:30 pm yesterday, so i will probably skip a night of sleep to get back on track.
I didnĀ“t have a schedule when i was working either, as i like playing games late into the night and i have no problems going to work with little to no sleep. Even for multiple days in a row and i usually sleep off the missing hours on weekends.

There is no consistency in my wake-up schedule.

I habitually pull all-nighters all the time. But, I sleep non stop about for 6 hours. I never had any sleeping problems. I sleep like a dead wood. Lights ON! No Problem. Shit is going down next door, sound coming @90bB, No Problem. But, yeah I'll feel earthquake if it comes.

On the days when I have to wake up for early-commute, I wake up about 6:30 A.M., I slept or not at all doesn't matter.

P.S. I wake up about 1:30-3:30 PM on the days I pull all nighters, in case I went to bed at morning (8am+). I even had experience of waking up @5:00-6:30PM and looking outside at sky on longer days and wondering if it's Morning. Weird!!

Right now, I go to bed between 10pm and 11pm and usually wake up between 6am-9am. Though sometimes I suffer from insomnia. On those nights, I'll wake up between 3am-5am and won't be able to fall back asleep.

8-9 AM usually. Though I've been up till 5 AM a lot recently, so it's a bit difficult to go to sleep earlier now.

It has become quite well established, that shifts in ones sleep-wake cycle, are significantly bad for ones health (both physically and mentally)

...which is far from the main reason that I am depressed about having no consisteny to my wake-up schedule.
Irregular sleep-wake rhythm is quite a serious disability...

Unlike minor disabilities, like being paraplegic, missing all four limbs, or something like that.
You can work, go to some club or something, on a, very much, regular basis, have no trouble setting (and keeping) dates on which to meet friends...?
In what way are you disabled, then?
Sounds pretty able, to me.

This is quite a lost opportunity. There should have been a "The latest time possible before the first responsible task I need to do for the day" option.

Usually 6-7 because I've gotten into the habit of playing video games early in the day then doing everyhing else in the afternoon. For work days I make lunch or whatever the night before then just game all morning til I have to leave. It's quite nice.

Morning? What's a morning?

I usually sleep around 5:00 am (being a university student with afternoon and night classes, and who plays MMOs on Asian server times) and wake around 2:00 pm. Technically, it's after 11:00a (though technically not morning), but After 11 AM sounds too healthy to describe my waking habits, so I voted There is no consistency in my wake-up schedule.

No consistency here. I can't sleep when i am not tired and in place of wasting my time trying to force myself to sleep i prefer spending my times doing something better until i feel tired, but because of that i don't have any consistency.

My work prevent me from having completely out of whack sleep hours though.

Well, I have to be at work a 8:30am every morning so I typically get up between 7-7:30am. I try to get up at 6am but it rarely happens since I hate mornings. But on the weekends I typically wake-up between 9:30 and 11:30. Depends on my night. When I was in college sometimes I got no sleep and would go to sleep at 5pm and wake up at 1 in the morning laugh My sleeping patterns were crazy in college. Sometimes I'd sleep for 1-2 hours (which still happens occasionally even now.) Then there are days I'd sleep for 12 hours eek Then there are normal days in which I sleep a normal amount of hours. Ah I miss college.

Usually around 8:00. I have some flexibility in my work hours, but my boss is on a different time zone, so I can't start too late.

I'm an epileptic and lack of sleep is a trigger, so I need 8-9 hours. I envy people who can sleep less, though on the other hand, I should try to be more productive with the time I do have.
