What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Hello I am looking for manga about maids. They don't have to be super powered, and it doesn't need to be shonen nor romance, and please ab-so-lutely no ecchi. But simple stories about a Maid's life... Okay it can be romance.
