Recently I got a part time job as a dealer in a casino and I realized I'm completely clueless to all kinds of games and rules Dx
Though I have been looking up some information online, I figure I might as well enjoy reading some mangas while being productive
So please recommand me any mangas about gambling or casino ^^
Best to have some details about the game rules.
Animes are welcomed too (like Death Parade and Kakegurui)
Thanks!

Seconding Tobaku Haouden Zero. On that note, you may as well check out all the other titles by Fukumoto Nobuyuki, particularly Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji + sequels.
Gamble Fish is similar to Kakegurui, but I hear it gets pretty dumb/silly later on. Oh, and Kakegurui was originally a manga, which is ongoing and regularly scanlated.
Riman Gambler Mouse and Usogui, but neither are completely scanlated.
Just a word of caution: in all the above series, the games may be based on casino games/typical gambling games, but due to the setup they're not at all realistic. I don't think I've seen a single manga which has a down-to-earth casino setting and believable stakes, it's always death matches or nothing
